Coconut Biscuit

INGREDIENTS

1 Coconut peeled and grated

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup water

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Cream butter and sugar

2. Add grated coconut and mix well

3. Add flour and milk alternatively

4. Drop by teaspoon on greased baking sheet

5. Bake in hot over for 15-20 minutes (350 degrees)
