Q: What date and month of the year does Jamaica celebrate Christmas and Easter? How do they celebrate these holidays?

A: We celebrate Christmas on December 25th with food, dance, music, Christmas cake, sorrel drink, Christmas carols, church service and family get-together.

We celebrate Easter in April by eating bun and cheese. Christians go to early morning church service, while others stay at home and watch the crucifixion on TV.
