Jamaican coconut cake

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs

2 cups sugar

2 cups coconut

1 tbsp corn starch

1/4 lb margarine

4 cups flour

1 green lime

3 tbsp Baking Powder

2 TbspAngostoria bitters

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Cream margarine and butter

2.  Add well beaten eggs, flour, corn starch, angostoria bitters, baking powder, grated rind off lime and coconut

3. Mix well

4. Bake in moderate oven for about 1/2 to /4 hours
