Jamaican Pepper Sauce

INGREDIENTS

2 doz hot scotch bonnet pepper

2 pt white vinegar

1/2 lb onion

1/2 lb carrot

1/2 lb tomato

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Wash peppers

2 Remove all seeds

3. Slice onion

4. Scrape, clean off, and wash carrots; cut in bits

5. Mix all ingredients together and run through the mincer

6. Add vinegar and bottle
