Jerk Daiquiri

jerk daiquiriINGREDIENTS:
50ml Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum.
30ml jerk sugar syrup (see Jerk sugar syrup recipe ).
20ml fresh lime juice.

METHOD:
1. Add all ingredients to shaker with cubed ice.

2. Hand shake then fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
