Asafa Passes the baton to Michael Frater
Propelled by a bullet start by former 100m world record-holder Asafa Powell, the Jamaican team ran a world-leading 38.33 seconds, better than the 38.41 clocked by an American team earlier this month.
Powell used his powerful start to set the tone, handing off to Michael Frater, who then handed off to Nesta Cater, while Steve Mullings held off Mike Rogers and Ivory Williams of the two USA teams.
