Rasta Gino's Story

I struggle with the full religous part, but I'am working on that. I was recently retired from the US Military, and throughout my carrer I always wanted to be part of the Rastafari way of life, so in my journey, I have along way to go. So I have started growing my hair out and will not cut it. I have looked at how I eat, and I know I need to eat more clean, ya know.
So my journey as a Rasta has just began a few months to go, and their are no Rasta's were I currently live. I spread the love, peace life style of a Rasta to my little brother, and our crew back home. I feal that if I was in more contact with rastaman's I would have a better outlook. Because I'am 100% Italian/Sicilian from Rochester NY the people around me think that I'am crazy LOL, but they dont understand. I have been around violence, and negative people throughout my life.
I'am on that road to changing that lifestyle. And the Herb is one thing people need to do more of so they can be more in touch with Jah. Is their anyone out their that can help me I would appreciate it. Like I said I'am a Rastaman with no rasta's around me, so if my lifestyle as a rasta is what I do without none around that I know of I think my loylity is at a good place, but I need a better example, and need to clean up a lot of things, thank you for listening, rasta....... my email address is guinni1031@yahoo.com if someone can help me, thank you
