This race may very well be the big attraction at the event since they will not compete in the 100 m and neither Usain Bolt or Yohan Blake will compete at the event…except for Justin Gatlin who will compete in the mens 100 m…
She is coming off a 100m win in Doha last Friday, where she clocked 11.13 to beat Nigerian Blessing Okagbare and fellow Jamaican Kerron Stewart. Campbell-Brown on the other hand, has not raced in a while and will most likely be using this race as a warm up for the rest of the season.
The 32 year old Campbell-Brown is looking a at least another couple years of “real” competitive sprinting.
This should be a good race…we will update you on the results.
