Susan Cadogan

by Rytis
(Lithuania)

I first heard her when I bought an LP titled "Help me make it through the night | 16 classic reggae love songs". The song was "Hurt So Good". At first it was just another song on the vinyl, but then I started to notice it more and more.

One day I was listening to "Adventures in Dub" CD and I heard Influenza by The Upsetters. Vocals in the background were just charming, it was taken from "Fever" by Susan Cadogan. From that day on, she became one of my favorite reggae artists.

Now I am willing to save up enough money to buy her original LP titled... well... "Susan Cadogan"
