Thank you
Thank you for your intellect and your responses to these questions. Living in Canada, from time to time, as I did today, I search out for things Jamaican. Sometimes I miss my culture severely.
I was skeptical about your site until I read some of your responses and I thought, yes! The right person(s) created this site. I skimmed over quite a bit of your responses and knew a very talented and highly educated (and humorous - Jamaican person) is responding to these enqueries.
Boy, the world certainly have a fascination (or fixation) of Rastafarianism.
I love you already - LOL. I am going to add your site to my favourites to ensure I visit it again and give it a more thorough lookover.
One thing, for demonstrating the difference between Bajan and Jamaican languages, I wished you had used the same type of medium, ie a play or a monologue in both cases. Though, I still have trouble understanding many Bajans, the piece you use is somewhat inaudible and maybe another piece could have been used. As for the Jamaican? Well, this is not about her.
With deeply felt thanks and gratitude (for not making a mockery of my culture).
Respect, Pamela
A:You are welcome Pamela...and thanks for your positive comments. You have just given me extra energy to go on.
I see what you mean about the Bajan/Jamaican comparison. I will search for better videos. If I find any, I will make the change.
respect.
