Tyson Gay Beat Bolt For The Firtst Time

Tyson Gay finally defeated Usain Bolt for the first time at the daimond league 2010.

...So, we now know that he (Bolt) is human!

Does this mean, the "Bolt" sprint dominance is over? Absolutely not!

It is clear that Bolt he is not in his best shape right now.

In his best of form, we all know that he is unbeatable...think about it. Which other human being can run 9.58 in 100m? None!

The man has been enjoying himself, girls, party, lots of fun...you name it.

...after all, what do you expect, he is only 22.

You could tell at the beginning of the race that he was not his old self...he knew he was going to lose...and he did.

In fact, for the first time since his dominance, he was the first one to behind his starting blocks. That has never happened!

Normally, he is the last one to do so and when he does, he did it with much cockiness and confidence. Why? Because he knew the kind of shape he was in.

Clearly he need to work his way back.

We all know that when he is at his peak, he is a delight to watch.

But...let's give Gaye credit. I mean he is much shorter than Bolt, yet his turn over and acceleration in a race is awesome...for a man his height.

I can only imagine, if he was just a little taller. With that turnover and a little longer stride length, who knows what he would be able to do.

Can he run 9.58? Naaaa! He would have to increase his stride length and or turn over significantly...and I don't see that happening.

I think he has reached his limit at about 9.67.

So...if he is going to win the big one against Bolt, he better hope Bolt is not in shape...which is very unlikely.

This though is good for the sport. Just think about it, Gaye vs Bolt vs Powell vs Gatlin vs up and coming Blake.
