I love my hair even tho a lot of people dont

I love my hair even tho a lot of people dont This is when I started

I'm 20 years old puerto rican female....and my mom introduced me to reggae music the day I was born, I love it for as long as I can remember.

As I got older, I became more curious about what I'm listening to then I had a thing for dreads..so after that I fell in love with the idea of being a Rasta.

So I stopped eating beef and pork, then I dread my hair, I read the bible every day, and I just feel good about my self and the way I live. A lot of people question me about it and also don't like it...like my father...he doesn't understand but my mother backs me up 100%.

All I have to say is I feel complete now...but I don't eat sea food whatsoever so I substitute it with strictly chicken..is that ok ???? or should I just not be eating meat at all????

A: That's okay. Remember that your body need a little protein every now and then, so unless you have some other source of protein, a little chicken won't hurt.
